Eastlake Apartments Amenity | Interior Design

The Eastlake side of Lake Union is a bustling area of Seattle that offers dynamic views of the city and mountains beyond while also being a centralized location. The goal of this project was refresh the amenity offerings including the lobby, corridors, outdoor patios, and leasing office for a modernized approach. A celebration of place ties the now modern building and city back to it’s original glacial formations near what we now call East Lake Union. Lush tones of greens provide a relaxing and calming foundation with touches of natural and neutral color palette to tie back into the sand, rock, and grasses that would be found if the land had been untouched by civilization. Interior Design including documentation, finish and fixture specification, furniture design, art installation, shopping and staging was completed while at Board & Vellum as lead interiors staff of the project.
