Scout Apartments Amenity | Interior Design

The goal of this project was to reposition the community with contemporary design and amenity spaces that residents love to use. The amenity building took on new shape by opening up the once closed in rooms for a grand entry with feature library wall and lounge area. The furnishings and finishes are Pacific Northwest modern with the art and décor providing a global appeal for residents to be inspired to travel and learn other cultures. Interior Design including documentation, finish and fixture specification, furniture design, art installation, shopping and staging was completed while at Board & Vellum as lead interiors staff of the project.
