Joseph Arnold Lofts Model Unit | Interior Design

In Downtown Seattle, Nature is on demand. These loft style apartments are nestled in the heart of Belltown with all of the city’s modern conveniences with the wonders of the Pacific Northwest just outside. The model unit design for this multifamily community went under thoughtful refresh to the Kitchens, Bathrooms, Paint and Flooring materials featuring a now modernized look. The finishes and fixtures were updated throughout and the unit was fully furnished and staged to provide a bold and city lovers vibe. The furnishings and finishes are refined and bold, while the art and décor speak to a well traveled and music loving persona. Much of the art is one of a kind and curated from artists throughout the states. Interior Design including concept through documentation, furniture selection and specification, staging and installation was completed while at Board & Vellum as lead interiors staff of the project.
