This single family home is in need of a refresh for the powder rooms and everyday dining area for the family. The bathroom renovations are cosmetic upgrades to provide a modern and refined look that works with the rest of the home. Classic subway tile pairs with a playful blue and white wallcovering and oil-rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures give a modern edge to the space for a cohesive look. The existing cabinetry of the kitchen was to remain, so the dining table- chairs - and lighting fit nicely with a traditional style space. The presentation is part of the first few stages of the design process to help Client’s narrow down their goals, provide a basis of cost for the proposed work, and a starting point to get a Contractor involved.
