A couple with grown children were finally ready to refresh their family home. The bonus family room was designed to bring a closer sense of nature and provide ample seating for the whole family. The custom emerald velvet sofa set the tone while the custom window treatments and patterned console for an unexpected feature. Texture and layering were also achieved by touches of nature, cozy textiles, and vibrant artwork to tie it all together.

The Primary Bedroom concept balanced rich warm tones of a midwestern sunset and the bountiful landscape. A full renovation included a new fireplace wall and opened up the ceiling to highlight the relaxation and sleeping zones. Custom seating and window treatments add texture, while the layering of natural materials call back to golden fields of the region.
