Old Meridian Apartments Unit + Corridors | Interior Design

The city of Carmel is a celebration of art + culture in the Midwest prairie with a number of sculptures placed throughout the city and centers like the Palladium. Luxury is about the details, it’s about how the design artfully comes together. Soft curves reminiscent of the nearby white river are used in the interior architecture, finer nuanced details in finishing, and sculptural furnishings are the way to tie the newest addition of multifamily properties into the area.

Natural and organic finishes are highlighted in their essential form while the detailing and furnishings amplify the feeling of opulence with a carefully selected colors to heighten the experience. The experience through the corridors is a continuation of the lobby and amenity that envelops you in color and pattern - breaking up the at times long walk to get to your unit. Both buildings offer a different unit palette and set of FF+E so residents can pick and chose what design best fits their aesthetic.

This project is currently under development and is set to break ground in the Fall/Winter of 2022. We are teamed up with RQAW based in Fishers, Indiana as the Architect of Record.
