Old Meridian Apartments Public Space | Interior Design

The city of Carmel is a celebration of art + culture in the Midwest prairie with a number of sculptures placed throughout the city and centers like the Palladium. Luxury is about the details, it’s about how the design artfully comes together. Soft curves reminiscent of the nearby white river are used in the interior architecture, finer nuanced details in finishing, and sculptural furnishings are the way to tie the newest addition of multifamily properties into the area.

Natural and organic finishes are highlighted in their essential form while the detailing and furnishings amplify the feeling of opulence with a carefully selected colors to heighten the experience. The public spaces are fresh, modern, and destined to craft a memorable moment of arrival. A variety of amenities are featured from a dedicated co-working space, premier fitness center, entertaining spaces, and rooftop lounge and terraces - residents will enjoy all of the offerings the building.

This project is currently under development and is set to break ground in 2023. We are teamed up with RQAW based in Fishers, Indiana as the Architect of Record.
