Renton Rebuild | Architecture

The Clients for this home wanted to stay on their existing lot but rebuild an entirely new home in it’s place for the next chapter of their lives together. The elements below explore the schematic design phase by way of floor plan sketches and further development of the plans they like the most and feel would be the best for their lifestyle. This 850 sq ft project includes two bedrooms, one bathroom and plenty of open space with the kitchen and living room for an open and airy feeling. Planning in the early stages gets Clients a realistic view of how the home will look and feel and allows for our Architecture team to move efficiently towards permitting with the city. This project is underway and the Clients are looking to begin construction this year.
