Lake Stevens Modern | Interior Design

This full interior remodel overlooks the shores of Lake Stevens, bringing in the calming properties of the water to the people and spaces within through the use of upgraded interior finishes, furniture, and lighting design. Rich blues are paired with materials found in nature, which are then refined and modernized. These include linens, wood, and stone that echo the natural elements that surround the property. Using deep blues and browns contrasting the overall light palette balances the neutrals for a timeless, cozy, and beautiful lakefront home ready for entertaining. The design aimed to expand the entertainment footprint of the property by creating living and dining rooms in the outdoor spaces. This project also included work to mitigate water damage and added a new bathroom shower to achieve the functional goals and client needs.
