Woodcreek Apartments Clubhouse + Gym | Interior Design

This garden style community is located in the highly desirable Lynnwood, WA submarket. Inspired by the nearby salmon watershed, the clubhouse is styled to bring in the subdued tones found in nature. Contrasting the cool and dark grays of many Northwest days, the architectural elements become airy in lightness and tone. The color palette of furniture and accessories takes on a warmer tone with muted yellows, browns, blush, and reds to make the clubhouse feel like a cozy spot for a resident to spend their free time. Furnishes and finishes resembling those of the mid-century bring a playful charm to the newly renovated spaces.

Playing off the natural warm mid-century theme of the clubhouse, the gym combines similar tones with a pop of playful color to inspire residents using the amenity. Privacy is added through screening to break up the large room into intimate zones for different activities. The wood floor is refinished to regain it’s natural charm and retro vibe. Light wood with rich leather accents transform the previously stark gym into a luxurious and sophisticated place to work out.
