Colina Apartments Lobby + Mailroom | Interior Design

Taking the building’s namesake of Colina - translating to small hill - the design direction for the Lobby was to enhance and enrich the existing finishes with a feeling of Modern Mountain elements. The addition of a secondary leasing desk and screen provided a new backdrop that features rich wood tones and cold rolled steel screen that are reminiscent of the mountain tones. Adding texture in key places, like the mailroom and on select new furniture pieces, created more engagement into the lounge space of the current Lobby while also providing depth with color and tone.
