Dockside Apartments Amenity Renovation | Interior Design

This multifamily community in Kent Washington went under major renovation by connecting two existing buildings into one- providing a modernized look and upgrades to the amenities for the residents. The finishes and fixtures were updated throughout the leasing and resident focused areas even including what is now a three level fitness space. The project was fully furnished and staged to provide a modern lakeside feel. The furnishings and finishes are approachable and contemporary, while the art and décor were inspired by water in rich blues and yellows to pop for the Stillwater design concept. Interior Design including documentation, finish and fixture specification, art direction, and staging was completed while at Board & Vellum as lead interiors staff of the project.
